European Union 14 day cooling off period
You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, complete and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Defective goods
The Online Store is responsible for defects or non-conformity of goods existing at the time of delivery and arising within 2 years of delivery. Defects appearing within the warranty period are presumed to have existed at the time of delivery unless proven otherwise by the Online Store.

To start a return, please notify us of your decision to withdraw by emailing info@tarken.eu within 14 days of receiving your order.

We’ll reply with the return address and instructions on how to send your package. Please contact us before sending an item back so that we can process your return quickly. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or we sent you the wrong item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
